Most system failures in tough environments are due to ingress of dirt. Greasemaster offers a unique integral grease filtration system which protects both pumping elements and distribution systems.

	Both conventional port filling and direct fill using standard grease cartridges available.
	Standard robust 5 litre reservoir (1.5 US Gallons). Custom sizes available.
	The filter housing can be easily removed, cleaned and replaced.
	Two stage pump positively displaces grease into the pumping chamber to eliminate cavitation then distributes grease to the system.
	Longlife hardened non return valve with bonded seal.
	Fully adjustable pressure relief valve. Output to 6cc per minute per element, allows bearings to be flushed with grease. Pumping elements interchangeable with most generic types.

12V and 24V 15W motors offer 5 times the power of generic grease pumps. The motor draws up to 3A and is reverse polarity and over current protected by an automatic reset fuse.

Progressive Distribution Blocks

Progressive distributor blocks are devices to deliver grease in predetermined ratios where each delivery piston is also the control valve for its neighbour. By linking a minimum of three pistons the block will cycle continuously.

The output of the block can be altered by changing the diameter of the piston (Simply by changing a piston element in a MONOMASTER) or by twinning outputs.

By using one block as a master block and connecting secondary blocks to each outlet, systems can be designed to offer a wide range of outputs to a large number of bearings.
