the GREASEMASTER range offers unique filtration to protect both pump and the distribution system from contaminants.
Pump control options:
A standard range of external timers GT1 & GT3 are offered to control the on/off period of the pump when fixed pumping elements are used. The GT3 timer included a system monitoring feature when used with a microswitch feed from the blocmaster distribution system.
Masterlube can also offers a fixed intergrated timer (5 minute on time and a choice of 45/10/5 minute off period) whic is used with an adjustable pumping element to control the flow of grease when the pump is operating.
The pump can be also be controlled by an in-cab computer if fitted.
System Principal
Greasemaster 2 is purpose designed to provide grease to single line progressive distribution systems. Grease up to NLGI 2 is delivered in pre-determined ratios from blocmaster or monomaster or maximaster distribution blocks. The frequency by which grease is delivered is controlled by the built in timer with the quantity of grease controlled by the adjustable pumping element.

Integral fixed timer offers a 5 minute on time and a choice of 45/10/5 minute off periods. An optional in-cab unit monitors both filter and systems cycle. Note that existing GT1 and GT3 adjustable timers are also available.
